1) Preparation
   A home must be presented in a way that it entices a potential buyer
   I have the experience and training to do this.  Trained in marketing, advertising, photography and presentation.  Let me show you.


2) Presentation
   From the location the buyer 1st sees the home, how you follow the buyer's lead, though the discovery of the home.  A proper flow is important for a potential buyer to be able to truly see the full value
   I have not only done this, I have trained 1,000's of brokers and agents in presentation


3) Exposure
   Once the property is properly displayed, extensive exposure is the next step.  Is the property exposed to greatest number of buyers?  
   As a member of the largest real estate franchise organization in the world and the largest national listing service in the country, and dozens of web sites and listing services; you have exposure that is not only the best locally and across the nation, but around the world.

4) Value
   The buyer expects a fair value and the seller wishes to the get the best price.  Is the value greater; if better financing is obtained? If the buyer has the peace of mind of a warranty? If your agent stands behind the sale? If your agent's efficiency reduces fees?
   25 years as a real estate broker gives me the experience.  A one year home warranty is provided covering the major working components of the homes I list or sell and at no cost to the buyer or the seller.  In addition a marketing plan that is designed for each home.

5) Closing
   There is no need for surprises, if your agent does an efficient, caring job.
   I
have closed hundreds of sales, I know how to do this.

   As a buyer do you want exposure to all properties that are right for you?  Would it make a difference if you paid less money for sales costs?  Would you be better off with an experienced agent?
